These terms and conditions by Elevate Apparel, all transactions concluded with you, the customer, when you shop at Please read them carefully before placing your order and print a copy for your future reference. By registering at the online store you accept and agree to be bound by the Online Store Terms and the terms and conditions of the Website ( which together shall constitute the entire agreement between you and Elevate Apparel.

Acceptance of Orders

By completing the order form within the website,, you agree to the following:
a.You are an individual, of legal age, 18 years or older.
b.You must provide correct information in the Elevate Apparel's online order form.
c.If you do not complete Elevate Apparel's online order form, the ordering process will not be complete.

Payment and Shipping

Elevate Apparel shall accept all orders for products within the online store, ( only. All orders are subject to availability. Elevate Apparel accepts payment via Gcash, BPI bank deposit or C.O.D. All Gcash and BPI bank deposits are subject to validation. Elevate Apparel will not be liable for any delays to your order due to non-delivery or failure of payment.

Air 21 or Cliqnship will handle all local shipments; Fed Ex for International buyers. Buyers shall agree to pay additional for shipping, handling fees and taxes that are not included within the purchase price. Tracking numbers will be sent via email or text once item/s are dispatched. Buyers must allow 2-3 days for local shipping and 5-10 days for international shipping (depends on the transaction validity).

For buyers outside the Philippines, it is important to email /  first before placing orders online. International orders must be paid via PayPal (the world's most trusted and secure payment gateway) via credit card.

Elevate Apparel has the right to accept orders for verified PayPal email addresses only and dispatch purchased items once order is verified via PayPal and courier.

Elevate apparel has the right to refuse international orders and shipments for some specific countries due to courier's limitations and for unverified email addresses.

Return Policy

Elevate Apparel implements no return policy. We ensure that items purchased online are packed safely for your convenience. If courier fails to deliver the item, Elevate Apparel has the right to study investigations prior to the said problem. Elevate Apparel shall ship items for free once problem has been proven for both buyer and courier.


Once order is placed online (, it will be reserved 2-3 days prior to placement. For bank transactions and Gcash payments shall be settled also within 2-3 working days upon ordering online (Saturdays and Sundays are not working days). Buyer's failure to respond to any means of communication to Elevate Apparel shall forfeit the reservation. Buyers failure to pay within 2-3 working days shall also forfeit reservation and delivery.
